Mr. Tienchai Makthiengtrong has joined the Port Authority of Thailand (PAT) since 1998 and is currently working as an Executive Officer level-13 at Laem Chabang Port. He is responsible for supervising personnel administration, office operation and correspondence works, especially developing and implementing plans and policies in respect of risk management and internal control of Laem Chabang Port in ensuring that the Authority will achieve its business goal.
In 2002, He was granted a scholarship from the International Maritime Organization (IMO) for a Master Degree in Port Management at World Maritime University, Sweden. With over 25 years of experience in maritime industry and port management, he has utilized his expertise background in several assignments and engaged in many development projects of Laem Chabang Port, which aim to enhance port efficiency and optimum value to the organization.

Dr.Attasit Korchaiyapruk, Managing Director of Unithai Shipyard & Engineering Limited and CUEL Limited currently leads strategic business initiatives and management of key business units including Marine Onshore & Offshore Services (MOS), Offshore Fabrication Division (OFD), Decommissioning (United Waste Management), Unithai Offshore and CUEL’s Large Scale Fabrication business.
Dr.Attasit completed his Ph.D. from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has extensive and wide range of experiences in Offshore, Oil & Gas Major Project Development, Engineering and Management from his previous positions in several multi-national World Leading Companies. With his 17 years of experiences, he has contributed greatly to successfully drive the turnaround and continuous improvement and growth of Marine Offshore and Engineering Businesses of Unithai Group and CUEL during this challenging times.
